Privacy policy

Hyperanalytics is made by Hyper Engineering. We don’t sell your data, share it with advertisers or data brokers, train AI models with your analytics, or build profiles of your products’ users.

Your account and connected tools

• Sign-in. Apple gives us an account identifier and, if you share it, your email. Hide My Email works too.
• Connections. We request only the read-only permissions needed to show your data. PostHog access covers projects, events, properties, insights and surveys; Google Analytics uses analytics.readonly for traffic and events. We don’t change your source data.
• Storage. Data is cached on your phone. Server copies used for background refreshes are isolated per account and serve only that account. Connection credentials are encrypted and kept out of URLs, logs and error messages.
• AI. Apple’s on-device model interprets events and metrics. Your event, product and metric names and values are not sent to a remote AI for interpretation.

Early-access waitlist

Joining lets us email you an invitation and occasional product updates. We keep your email, signup time, source and consent record in a private Cloudflare database, separate from app data, while running the waitlist and sending those updates. Signup doesn’t connect tools, create an app account or send a confirmation email. Contact us anytime to stop emails or remove your signup.

Cloudflare processes network information to deliver and protect the site. We use a temporary network-derived rate-limit key, but don’t store IP addresses in the waitlist database.

Optional website analytics

Only after you allow it, PostHog measures visits and waitlist steps using browser/device categories, referring domains and screened campaign tags. It stores random browser/session IDs, separate from your email and app account. We remember your choice separately.

No emails, form contents, raw URL queries or fragments, advertising IDs or sign-in callback URLs are sent to analytics. Automatic interaction capture, session replay and IP-based location lookup are off. PostHog still processes network information to receive events.

Declining never blocks signup. Use Analytics preferences in the homepage footer to change your choice. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. PostHog does not load or receive events before permission. Turning it off stops new collection and clears stored analytics IDs; previously queued or in-flight events may finish delivery.

Optional app analytics

To improve the app, PostHog measures screens, actions, approximate timing, error categories and build type using a random installation ID, not your identity, device ID or account. This excludes your metric names and values, product/source names, event names from your projects and credentials. Turn it off in Settings to stop sending app analytics.

Sharing and Google data

We follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only for the connected features you see. Transfers are limited to providing those features with your consent, legal requirements, or a merger/acquisition with your prior explicit consent.

Human access is limited to support you request, security needs or legal obligations. Google’s policy also permits aggregated, anonymized data for internal operations.

Your choices and contact

Disconnect a source or revoke access with its provider to stop access. Deleting the app removes local data, not server copies. Contact us to delete server-held data or your waitlist signup: privacy@hyperanalytics.app.

We’ll notify you in the app if changes affect what we access or send.
